New Zealand Coaching & Training

Babcock Coaching & Training has a team of committed individuals and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and projects. Leanne Babcock is the main principal and facilitator.

Originally from Canada, Leanne established Babcock Associates in 1993 in New Zealand. Babcock Associates, the original business, is now known as Babcock Coaching & Training.

Leanne Babcock Eckman

Leanne is trained in Behavioural Psychology, Accelerated Learning, Transactional Analysis and is a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypno-Therapy. She has been trained by some of the world's best coaches and training organisations such as Eric Jenson, Dr. Richard Bolstad, Robert Kyosoki, Landmark Education and the Americana Leadership College. Leanne has been leading transformational seminars and coaching individuals for over 20 years.

She is licensed in the DiSC® Profiling System, which is a behavioural based profile designed from the Psychology principles of Carl Jung. It is a simple and easy profile to use in one-on-one coaching and in workshops helping individuals to understand themselves, communicate more effectively with others and to appreciate each other better.

Leanne uses her experience in human dynamics to work with teams and individuals from all backgrounds, including volunteer, corporate and public sectors. She works with all levels of leadership from Business Owner, Supervisor, Manager to Chief Executive.

Clients vary across many different industries including Telecom, NZ Post, Goodman Fielder, IRD, ACC, Department of Conservation, AXA, AMI, Asteron, Australian High Commission, First NZ Capital, Ministry of Health, Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Fisheries, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Justice, NZQA, Public Trust and many more.
